Kalitta Air began operations in November 2000 with three 747s and has since flown 58 747s across the -100, -200, -300 and -400 generations.
Today its fleet is 22 Boeing 747-400 series freighters: 13 × 747-400F, 8 × 747-400BCF and 1 × 747-400ERF. The last 747-200F was retired in April 2017.
